- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business strategies, processes, and operations
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client's business to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Develop and implement customized solutions to address client's specific needs and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of proposed solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in business consulting or related roles
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Familiarity with technical sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management
- Proactive mindset with a focus on business development and driving results

Note: Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: $82,348.34-$145,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
