Civalgo, une _startup _montréalaise fondée en 2017, offre une plateforme opérationnelle qui relie la planification des travaux au suivi des performances et à l'analyse avancée de la productivité.

**Ta contribution**:
- Gérer l'ensemble du processus de déploiement des nouveaux clients, de la prise en charge des ventes à la configuration et à la formation, en veillant à ce que les clients déploient la plateforme aussi rapidement que possible.
- Fournir un service de classe mondiale aux plus grandes et aux plus petites entreprises de construction au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Dispenser des séances de formation qui éduquent et habilitent les nouveaux utilisateurs, illustrant les avantages du logiciel, communiquant efficacement la valeur aux clients et inspirent confiance et foi en notre produit.
- Favoriser et cultiver les relations avec les clients en utilisant une connaissance approfondie de l'industrie et du produit.
- Recueillir les commentaires des clients sur le produit et les partager avec les équipes concernées.
- Créer des vidéos et des textes d'accompagnement pour partager les changements de produits avec les clients.
- Collaborer fréquemment avec les départements de produit, d'ingénierie et de vente pour s'assurer que le produit, les ventes et le succès du client sont alignés les uns avec les autres.
- Être proactif, informer et aider les clients sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités, les mises à jour, les offres et les promotions.
- Assurez le suivi des renouvellements en gardant trace des dates d'expiration des produits des clients - qu'elles soient mensuelles, trimestrielles ou annuelles - et suivez les clients pour renouveler leurs contrats.
- Encourager les ventes incitatives et les ventes croisées pour atteindre les objectifs des clients, ce qui crée l'occasion d'introduire des produits et services de qualité supérieure.

**Le profil idéal pour combler notre équipe**:
Si tu te reconnais dans ce qui suit, on veut te connaître
- 3+ ans d'expérience en déploiement, gestion de compte ou implication dans des programmes de succès client dans un environnement de plateforme SaaS B2B.
- Une expérience dans le secteur de la construction est souhaitable.
- Communication professionnelle : oral et écrit (français et anglais).
- Faire preuve de ténacité et d’un esprit d’initiative favorisant l’apprentissage continu
- Maîtrise d'outils tels que Hubspot, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Clickup, Loom.
