**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

qu’associé qui porte le tablier orange au centre de relation clientèle, le titulaire de ce poste aide nos clients à

réaliser les projets de rénovation résidentielle de leurs rêves, qu’ils souhaitent faire les travaux eux-mêmes ou

déléguer la tâche à quelqu’un d’autre. Il communique par téléphone, clavardage et courriel, agissant chaque jour

comme personne-ressource pour nos clients qui ont acheté un produit ou un service de Home Depot (en magasin

et en ligne).

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel par téléphone, clavardage et courriel.
- Collaborer avec les associés des centres de relation clientèle, les associés de magasin, les installateurs, les

fournisseurs ou les fournisseurs externes de services, et coordonner l’information pour enquêter et

résoudre les problèmes des clients en ce qui concerne les projets d’installation, les commandes de

produits et les livraisons.
- Documenter toutes les interactions à l’aide de nos systèmes internes.
- Assumer toute autre responsabilité assignée.

**EXPÉRIENCE ET CONNAISSANCES REQUISES**
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études secondaires.
- Posséder au moins un an d’expérience dans un environnement de service à la clientèle. Posséder de

l’expérience dans un centre d’appels constitue un atout.
- Savoir communiquer efficacement par téléphone, clavardage et courriel.
- Démontrer de solides compétences en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Être en mesure de créer des liens durables, de résoudre des problèmes et de faire preuve de souplesse.
- Avoir des compétences en dactylographie et en informatique supérieures à la moyenne, notamment pour

le système d’exploitation Windows et les logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Pouvoir naviguer rapidement sur plusieurs systèmes en ligne.
- Être parfaitement bilingue, en anglais et en français, est une exigence
