**Job Summary**

Volvo Metro West strives to make every guest experience informative, efficient and tailored to their unique needs. This position may be right for you if you are looking for an opportunity with a growing family-owned company with a passion for excellent customer service.

The Volvo Sales Consultant is on the front lines of Volvo Metro West’s tailored customer experience with a strong focus on vehicle presentation & delivery. As both a product specialist and hostess/host, the Volvo Sales Consultant will create a unique customer experience for the guests of the dealership.

**Job Duties and Expectations**:

- Display exceptional knowledge of the Volvo product line and brand values.
- Follow processes designed to offer exceptional service customized for each guest.
- Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Take part in initial and continual training on best practices, product knowledge and the sales and delivery process.
- Review monthly goals and targets with a Sales Manager with discussion on areas of improvement.
- Follow-up and directly engage with customers in the effort to display a fully catered experience with Volvo Metro West.
- Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the customer.
- Provide prompt solutions to minor problems.

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid OMVIC certification or willing to obtain.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivating with excellent work ethic
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience working with Apple and Android products.
