- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone calls at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
