**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize all paid media strategies across search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns.
- Oversee daily performance of all paid media accounts, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase site traffic.
- Manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content and utilizing paid social media strategies to expand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy, content, and design assets.
- Explore, test, and implement new strategies, platforms, and analytics tools.
- Measure, analyze, and report on effectiveness and ROI of all digital marketing activities.
- Maintain accountability for revenue, budget, and ROI metrics.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to execute category-level and product-level marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong numeracy skills, including the ability to work with discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to handle various situations where standardization may be limited.
- Proficient in interpreting instructions across various formats, including written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, as well as effectively present information and respond to queries from managers, clients, customers, and the public.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required. A focus or coursework in digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certification programs is considered a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in paid advertising, including Google, Bing, and Meta ad platforms. Experience with Amazon advertising is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta, Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify.
