Description

L'assistant technique en pharmacie assiste le pharmacien pour l'exécution des ordonnances, la constitution des dossiers-patients et l'exécution des tâches techniques reliées à la préparation et la remise des médicaments. Il participe également à la gestion de l’inventaire et à d’autres tâches pouvant lui être déléguées.

Responsabilités:

- Accueillir les clients, effectuer la collecte de données, créer/mettre à jour le dossier patient
- Faire la saisie des ordonnances et procéder à leur conditionnement
- Offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel, empathique et enthousiaste
- Effectuer la prise d'appel
- Participer à la détection des problèmes potentiels d’inobservance et savoir référer les patients au pharmacien, lorsque requis
- Voir à la propreté et à l'hygiène du laboratoire ainsi qu'au rangement de la marchandise
- Maintenir les stocks de l’officine à l’aide des systèmes de contrôle des stocks
- Effectuer les transmissions aux tiers payeurs (le cas échéant)
- Effectuer les fonctions de caissier à l’officine au besoin
- Faire le suivi des dates de péremption des médicaments

Compétences et connaissances:

- Aptitudes pour le calcul mathématique
- Sens développé du service à la clientèle
- Habiletés de communication, d’écoute et d’empathie
- Souci du détail et minutie
- Autonomie
- Esprit d’équipe
- Bonne connaissance de la langue française et anglaise
- Diplôme d’assistant technique en pharmacie est un atout
- Excellentes aptitudes en informatique : Word, Excel, RxPro

Diplôme d’études Collégiales (DEC) - Terminé

Expérience:
1 à 6 mois d’expérience
