**Customer Service**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
**Food Preparation**:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-end team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate order preparation and delivery.
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
**Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and accurately process transactions.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Food safety certification.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
