**Position Summary**

As a Partner Support Specialist you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Progressa’s Agency Partners. As the first point of contact to our valued Agency Partners, the Partner Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer experience and support the development and growth of solid B2B relationships.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage, develop, and build strong trusting relationships with our Agency partners by acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and delivering consistent and timely customer service and solutions that meet and/or exceed their objectives for success
- Act with a sense of urgency in following up on Collection Agent requests with internal Progressa teams including Underwriting and Financial Services Representatives.
- Educate our Agency Partners and their Agents on the Progressa Client profile and the internal minimum requirements that result in lending decision outcomes
- Build strong internal relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams within the organization to enable a seamless experience for our Agency Partners and our Clients as they seek our services
- Updates and maintains detailed client data in Salesforce as required
- Provide daily updates to Progressa’s debt collection network as per the assigned queue
- Escalate issues as required to Management
- Other related duties as required or assigned

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role
- Minimum 1-year experience in the Lending or Collections industry
- Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to grow and develop partnerships using a values-based approach
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner, sales experience is considered an asset
- Intermediate MS Office and Google Suite skills
- High level of assertiveness, strong attention to detail and an aptitude for multi-tasking
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of the team
- Open availability to work varying shifts between 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (rotational)
