**What You Need To Be Successful**
- An organizational wizard with strong problem solving skills
- A juggler who can handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with little supervision
- A executor with a can-do attitude
- Accountable and takes pride in your work
- Exceptionally strong communicator and team builder
- Proven experience in people leadership and development
- Possess strong planning and time management skills
- Experience building customer relationships, with a professional approach to customer service
- You are dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care
- A collaborator - you understand the importance of being a part of a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.
- You are an adaptable, go with the flow type of person
- 2 or more years experience in a reception or customer service role is an asset
- A post-secondary education in medical office/business administration

Anticipated Schedule
- 6-8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday
- Saturday rotation

**Job Type**: Permanent - Full Time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
