About the role:
I am looking for a Marketer to join our team and work with me directly. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow our business. This includes developing a content calendar, creating engaging and compelling content for our social media channels, and optimizing our digital presence. You will also be responsible for identifying and leveraging new opportunities for growth, such as partnerships and collaborations.

One part of the role will be maximizing the opportunities on our social media channels. This is a big opportunity that I simply haven't had time to take advantage of. I'd like your help to build our social strategies (LinkedIN, Twitter) that have been proven to generate business for us, as well as help execute. So, for example, you interview me and then chop up the content and create social posts for our calendar. Also, open to other strategies, but social is one that I want us to focus on.

This role offers a competitive salary of USD 4-8k per month, and you will be expected to work in the US time zone.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow our business
- Research and identify new opportunities for growth, such as partnerships and collaborations
- Create engaging and compelling content for our social media channels
- Optimize our digital presence by developing a content calendar
- Monitor and track the performance of our marketing campaigns
- Analyze data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape
- Manage our budget and ensure we are using our resources efficiently
- Develop creative strategies to reach and engage new customers

Please note that you'll be joining a fast-paced and high-achieving team. You'll be held to high expectations and you'll be continuously challenged. At the same time, you'll also be supported in your growth in this role, both professionally and personally.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in the Marketing field, preferably working on digital content and Social Media campaigns
- Familiarity with paid traffic campaigns and strategies, creating and optimizing marketing funnels, and creating and curating content for different audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop new strategies for growth
- A data-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail
- An understanding of how to leverage social media and digital channels to create engaging content
- A passion for the ever-changing digital marketing landscape
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to think outside the box
- A willingness to embrace new technologies and trends
