We are seeking a creative and dynamic **Social Media Marketing Coordinator** with a passion for storytelling through video content and expertise in engaging audiences on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging content that resonates with our target audience, drives brand awareness, and fosters a loyal online community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**:
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
- Develop innovative concepts and trends-driven ideas to capture audience attention.
- Write compelling captions and ensure posts align with brand voice and style.
**Platform Management**:
- Manage day-to-day activities across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
**Audience Engagement**:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community experience.
- Initiate and participate in platform-specific challenges, trends, and campaigns to boost engagement.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track key metrics like views, engagement rates, and follower growth.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for improving future content strategies.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the centre's team to align social media initiatives with broader campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience creating engaging video content, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and platform-specific strategies.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create content that connects with audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for witty and relatable captions.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Insights, or Instagram Insights.
- Background in graphic design or photography is a plus.
