Job Summary: We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a supervisor in a high-risk group home. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all staff members, addressing clients' needs, and managing after-hours calls. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the group home, promoting a safe and supportive environment for both staff and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee the daily operations of the high-risk group home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Address any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement policies and protocols to enhance the quality of care and support provided to clients.
- Manage after-hour calls, responding to emergencies and critical situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a positive work environment and enhance staff performance.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, including client progress reports, incident reports, and staff documentation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Participate in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and the recruitment process for new staff members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Human Services) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-risk group home or similar setting.
- Sound knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by individuals in high-risk situations, such as mental health issues, substance abuse, or developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing high-risk group homes.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for documentation and reporting purposes.

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
