We're looking for you to join our team as a **Collections Processor** in **Toronto, ON**

As a member of our Retail Client Services, you'll be working in an energetic environment where you'll be making a meaningful difference in our internal and external clients' lives. As a Processor, you'll be accountable for providing professional and timely support by verifying and processing documentation received from Banking Centres, Credit Counsellors, etc. ensuring the documentation is accurate and complete according to our policies and procedures. Additionally you'll be responsible for financial and non-financial processing related to accounts managed in Client Account Management as related to routine and detailed work procedures, including specialized functions.

**Some of these functions include**:

- Complete a diverse set of tasks, processing/responding requests in various department Mailboxes, preparation/review of reports as required
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency related to client information
- Provide client satisfaction and ensure productivity standards are achieved
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) by following well-defined procedures and guidelines
- Escalate issues as deemed appropiate
