Our team is hiring for a **Graduate Engagement and Social Sustainability Consultant **to be based out of our **Calgary, AB office.**

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Support the team to build positive and trusted partnerships with Indigenous communities.
- Assist with the delivery of best-practice social research and human rights projects, including primary and secondary data collection.
- Support preparation of social impact assessments for diverse projects.
- Support with written communication material including proposals, reports and other communication materials.
- Support with meeting facilitation and contact database management.
- Identity and monitor client and key stakeholder relationships and communicate well with community members.
- Support the Project Manager and work with the project team to achieve outstanding project outcomes

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Sound written and oral communication skills on both a technical and non-technical level
- Broad understanding of planning and environmental issues, including sensitivities relating to Indigenous Peoples
- Skills relevant to the design, manage and implement stakeholder engagement and social research processes
- Sound computer skills, including proficiency in use of the Office suite
- Experience using online contact database software
