**Scope**:
This position will be responsible to manage, develop and deliver all aspects of the contract life cycle and optimization of Global Corporate programs. The Corporate Programs Contract Manager will be reporting to the Manager, Corporate Programs and implementation and be responsible to deliver market leading B2B contract processes for Corporate Sales department across North America and local international contracts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Point person for the JV Corporate Management teams with implementation workflow processes with the current and future New Corporate Solution (NCS) to ensure uniformity of filing
- Creating the process and implementation for all the new task forces within the New Corporate Solution (NCS) strategy
- Initiate and collaborate with other cross-functional team members to ensure the corporate product is offered for small and medium magnitude contract proposals
- Build in solutions to processes to promote data integrity in the new corporate contract tools and integrated platforms
- Gather feedback from corporate sales management team and create processes applicable to the Contract life cycle
- Responsible to optimize pre-qualification of JV accounts for Contract analysis and ensure Data integrity
- Create work streams for the current data transition and create new process for the new Data tool
- Manage and develop contract functions and provide standard service level delivery for both generic inboxes in JV Contracts and Corporate Contact Ticketing Assistance
- Create and manage corporate products including AC added benefits, AC Amenity Funds and ensure documentation is available to internal corporate management working streams
- Perform audits and create data status, DocuSign, and Conga reporting
- Assess feedback and create streamlined contract processes based on current and future process document requirements.
- Manage inquiries/issues resolution, recommending program improvements, initiating new services and procedures based on observed needs
- Manages resolution of all fare filing issues for Air Canada and joint venture corporate contracts by liaising with managers, travel agents and point people at other carriers involved in contracts
- Train, and coach corporate programs team
- Responsible to ensure that all global corporate fare filings are complete and corporate discounts are available for booking for Global Corporate Sales
- Manage the integrity of filed fares in various GDSs to ensure corporate fares are tested in Amadeus and Sabre to protect and grow corporate revenues
Ensure that accurate and timely reporting in Salesforce and PRISM are available
- Working closely with IT to implement new corporate tools to enhance customer service and improve efficiency
- The Corporate Programs Contract Manager also work closely with, not limited to, Marketing, Product Distribution, Amenities team, Revenue Accounting, IT, Translation and AC Legal department

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and/or equivalent years of experience in the airline industry/ travel industry (3 years)
- Previous account management experience (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to work well under pressure while delivering quality results in a timely manner and finding creative solutions to difficult questions
- Ability to articulate complex ideas verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail, Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think outside of the box and develop flexible approaches to resolve complex issues
- Demonstrates good commercial judgment and makes quick informed recommendations
- Collaborative team builder and team player - participate in different team formats and help build a culture of collaboration
- Experience in working with remote teams that are geographically separated
- Ability to work in a complex, quickly changing environment and to manage simultaneous projects while meeting deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Altea
- Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, or other CRM tools
