Our firm is seeking a financial analyst with a strong background in financial modeling who will be responsible for preparing and updating financial model for different projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in team settings and meets technical requirements. Our financial analyst will work closely with the business development team and engineering team to prepare the financial forecast for different projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and update financial model for renewable energy projects;
- Analyze project budget variances and performance indexing (revenue, cost & profit margins);
- Work with different teams to prepare the financial presentation;
- Prepare monthly spreadsheet for each project and reconcile against project budget;
- Produce monthly project reports;
- Assist with other finance activities as needed.

Qulifications:

- Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or finance;
- CPA/CGA/CFA or in pursuit of designation is preferred;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and/or finance;
- Previous experience as financial modeler and financial analysis is preferred;
- Competent in Microsoft Excel including financial models and VBA;
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to prioritize workload and work with deadlines.

**Salary**: $40,604.37-$75,433.05 per year
