Work with a fantastic team at Indigo Park Canada The Events Guest Experience Specialist (Valet Services) is a multifaceted role that combines the responsibilities of a Valet and a Majordomo, providing exemplary customer service and overseeing event logistics to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for guests.

**What Would You Be Doing?**

**Guest Arrival and Departure Management**:

- Greet arriving guests warmly, assist with needs, and escort them to the event area.
- Coordinate with valet service to facilitate smooth vehicle parking and retrieval.
- Ensure guests' departure is seamless, assisting with vehicle retrieval and providing any requested assistance.

**Valet Services**:

- Greet arriving customers courteously and manage the issuance and collection of valet tickets.
- Safely drive customers' vehicles to and from designated parking areas, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Ensure vehicles are securely parked and locked and valuables are safeguarded during parking and retrieval.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service, ensuring all interactions with guests are positive and memorable.
- Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, providing swift resolution and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Proven experience in hospitality, event management, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid **class 5 driver's license** with a clean driving record and experience in safely operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and event requirements.
- Bilingualism (English and additional languages) is a plus but not required.
