**We are currently hiring Full-Time, Event Part-Time & Weekends Hotel/Event Valet Attendants to join our team at Skyline Valet.**

**All our Valet Staff are provided Bonus Pay/Tips for each shift along with an Hourly Rate**

**Job Summary**:
Vancouver's top valet company is seeking a motivated Valet Host for Full-Time, Part-Time to join our team At Skyline Valet, our Valet Attendants drive, park, and retrieve our guest's cars in a safe and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests are provided with an exceptional valet experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcomes and greets all guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Supervising a team of Valet Attendants, including scheduling, preparing payroll sheets, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees
- Ensures all entrance areas are free and clear from congestion for arrivals and departures of vehicles by ensuring all cars are parked and retrieved in an expedient manner
- Supervising a team of Valet Attendants, including scheduling, preparing payroll sheets, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensures all vehicle keys are clearly identified and stored in a locked location
- Provides accurate and timely documentation including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions that require attention or repair
- Reports for duty with a professional appearance and dress to standards, remaining in uniform for the entirety of shift
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Class 5 or Class 7 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Clean Criminal Record
- Impeccable Customer Service
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as a team
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our guests

**Preferred**:

- Ability to drive manual transmission/stick shift
- Previous valet/hospitality experience/supervisory experience
- Flexible in working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
