CRM Counter Manager

**Role Purpose/Mission**:
Leads and motivates retail sales team ( inter-sell )to meet or exceed sales targets and to contribute to overall sales growth on CRM tool.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Motivates to achieve or exceed the planned retail sales goals. **(Including your personals sales goal)**:

- Monitors retail goals daily, weekly and monthly in accordance with the seasonal plan (MTS)
- Achieved sales goals for inter-sell and results through the daily business record
- Creates a unified team focused on customer-oriented sales efforts; fosters an environment of teamwork, graciousness and harmony
- Ensures provides every customer with the Art of Client Experience at counter.
- Selling products based on listening and attending to customer needs, and that every transaction is a personalized experience
- Runs reports, queries, etc., in order to maximize sales opportunities (events, new products, replenishment)
- Captures competitive retail sales, including comments on what is working for the competition.
- Monitors, analyzes and identifies opportunities based on utilizing the Art of Client Experience strategy.
- Must researches and develops new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with other departments or outside groups that will result in increased retail sales and brand exposure.

**Qualifications**:

- **A minimum of 5 years of cosmetics/skincare sales experience, including 2 years’ experience managing staff and on CRM.**:

- **Must be Tech-sav-vy**:

- Ability to set appropriate sales goals and motivate staff to achieve the goals
- Superior customer service skills and the ability to coach staff in improving customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services and the ability to ensure that Beauty Advisors have the knowledge and tools needed to successfully perform their jobs
- Experience in and success in prospecting for and developing new clientele; ability to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts
- Ability to manage staff and to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to effectively and fairly set up work schedules; highly dependable and flexible to work various schedules, holidays and to fill in as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
- Ability to perform with a high level of professionalism and present a positive image
- Computer skills - Excel and PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
