**Position**:Export Documentation Coordinator (Hybrid)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent position

**Job location**: Hybrid - 1751 Rue Richardson, Montreal, QC H3K 1G6

**The employee will be required to be present at the office every day during the 3-month training period. Once the training is complete, the employee will be required to attend the office 1x week and when needed.**

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the export documentation process.
- Maintain the accuracy of the information.
- Submit the information.
- Maximize relationships with customers.
- Manage the invoicing process for customer orders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Internet browser and Intra (asset)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English. (French an asset).
- Attention to detail and an attitude for a fast paced, multi-tasking and customer service minded environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **handling ocean export documentation will be considered a strong asset**:

- Experience in preparation and issuance of Ocean B/Ls, as well as issuing other export documentation (Certificate of Origin, CNCA Certificate, Invoicing)
- Knowledge of export regulations, CAED regulations, and full understanding of Incoterms.
- Experience with sailing schedules, resolving freight discrepancies and customer complaints, file estimate and file closing, and handling a high volume of daily general correspondence with customers and carriers.

**L'employé devra être présent au bureau tous les jours pendant la période de formation de trois mois. Une fois la formation terminée, l'employé sera tenu d'être présent au bureau une fois par semaine et en cas de besoin.**

**Fonctions et responsabilités**:

- Coordonner le processus de documentation des exportations.
- Maintenir l'exactitude des informations.
- Soumettre les informations.
- Maximiser les relations avec les clients.
- Gérer le processus de facturation des commandes des clients.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Excellentes compétences en dactylographie et en saisie de données.
- Une expérience du service à la clientèle est indispensable.
- Bonne connaissance pratique d'Outlook, d'Excel, du navigateur Internet et d'Intra (atout).
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite en anglais. (Le français est un atout).
- Souci du détail et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu, où les tâches sont multiples et où le service à la clientèle est primordial.
