Admin Assistant/customer Service Representative

**Company Description**:
Straga Products is a premium hardwood product manufacturer and eCommerce retailer based in Toronto, Canada. Straga Products offers a wide range of luxury hardwood products, including products with customized features and designs. Our clients are located all over North America and count on us to help them with the variety of inquiries on their customer journey. So, we are looking for an energetic positive individual who will help to support our small office team with order processing/management and various admin and customer support tasks.
**Job Duties**:
- Printing/sorting Ecommerce orders for daily processing
- Copying and pasting necessary information from the order into the design template, making adjustments as necessary
- Active back research of relevant topics to gain an understanding of a process/topic utilizing multiple reliable internal sources to provide best customer support
- Liaising with team members as necessary to gain expertise on a given topic to provide better customer support and handle complex customer inquiries
- Ensure all-around consistency (copy, style, fonts, images) of the listings/pages while providing customer support and addressing necessary inconsistencies
- Perform assigned admin support duties (e-commerce stores check, stats collection, analysis, report generation, data copy and pasting, etc)
- Identify opportunities for improvement to the existing content of the company’s pages and internal processes involving customer support and admin work
**Qualifications**:
**-Strong Computer skills (**Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Capable of learning to use new software and online tools
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to prioritize and self-direct work with orientation on achieving the end-goal result
- High attention to detail and accuracy in customer service and admin work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
