Soutenir toutes les phases liées aux stocks, en assurant la coordination efficace et le contrôle du flux des matériaux vers et depuis les transporteurs chargés de la livraison, l’entreposage dans les laboratoires et le stock de travail de courte durée; maintenir des registres des stocks pour assurer des enregistrements exacts des stocks disponibles et le maintien de niveaux de stocks adéquats conformément aux lignes directrices établies.

Le travail est effectué conformément à la directive E6 du Conseil international d’harmonisation sur les bonnes pratiques cliniques;

Fonctions essentielles
- Collecter toutes les livraisons du quai de chargement, les enregistrer, les soumettre au contrôle de qualité, les réceptionner, les stocker et les distribuer selon les besoins.
- Maintenir le stock sur les étagères de manière ordonnée, en effectuant une rotation des stocks dans l’ordre des dates appropriées.
- Enregistrer tous les mouvements de stocks et les problèmes de stocks en utilisant le système de contrôle des stocks (Inventory control system).
- Veiller à ce que les données soient saisies de manière précise.
- Analyser les rapports pour améliorer les processus.
- Utiliser tous les systèmes de contrôle des stocks et autres systèmes appropriés pour faciliter les tâches de traitement des stocks.
- Maintenir des liens étroits avec les gestionnaires de projets et les responsables de la mise en place pour s’assurer que les articles en stock utilisés dans les études respectent les procédures relatives aux stocks dont la date de péremption est proche et informer de toute pénurie de matériel.
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients internes, les fournisseurs et les services des achats et des finances pour toutes les questions liées aux stocks. Il s’agit des écarts de prix, de la non-réception des marchandises, des problèmes liés aux fournisseurs, de la documentation relative aux articles tels que les fiches techniques santé-sécurité (FTSS) et de tous les certificats qui pourraient être requis.
- Effectuer des rapports quotidiens/hebdomadaires.
- Fournir des informations sur l’état des stocks.
- Veiller à ce que la zone de pré-assemblage soit approvisionnée et préparer les demandes internes de matériel pour toutes les zones.
- Participer à l’inventaire cyclique des stocks.
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients internes, les fournisseurs et les services des achats et des finances pour toutes les questions liées aux stocks.
- Il s’agit des écarts de prix, de la non-réception des marchandises et des problèmes liés aux fournisseurs.
- Examiner le système des stocks et surveiller les niveaux de stocks pour s’assurer que le niveau de stock minimum n’est pas dépassé.
- Commander les stocks nécessaires via le système.
- Commander dans les délais impartis en tenant compte des échéances.
- Assurer le suivi des bons de commande pour connaître les délais de livraison.
- Faire avancer les commandes en cours et les porter à la connaissance du superviseur pour obtenir des directives.
- Préparer et surveiller les commandes sur appel.
- Maintenir des liens étroits avec les départements de laboratoires pour veiller à ce que les niveaux de réapprovisionnement soient adéquats.
- Préparer et enregistrer les expéditions entre laboratoires pour les autres centres de Q Squared, commander les stocks nécessaires et fournir à la logistique les détails des expéditions, ainsi que toute documentation connexe requise.
- Agir en tant que suppléant(e) pour d’autres contrôleurs des stocks lorsque c’est nécessaire.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche directement requise par les supérieurs.
- Suivre les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) du département.

Qualifications:

- Expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans ce domaine.
- Bonnes compétences en informatique, y compris Excel et Word.
- Compétences efficaces en matière de leadership.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d’organisation, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à conduire des chariots élévateurs et à obtenir les certifications nécessaires.
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les collègues, les gestionnaires et les clients.
