About the Role:
The Inventory Control Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory management system. This position involves generating reports and investigating discrepancies in inventory records. If you possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Produce and analyze reports related to sales margins, purchase orders, and checkout errors
- Input and adjust inventory data, including cycle counts and store usage
- Manage price override adjustments
- Handle SIU forms by collecting, authorizing, inputting, and filing
- Investigate scanning discrepancies and review generic SKUs and invoices
- Address data integrity issues as they arise
- Assist in troubleshooting IT-related challenges within store operations
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to maintain data accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Proficient in computer applications
- Ability to work autonomously and support team members
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Prior experience in retail, warehouse receiving, or logistics is advantageous
