**About the Role**

Uber Canada is looking for highly analytical and motivated individuals to join our Mobility operations teams. The available roles have an immediate impact on the ground, and on the future of one of Uber's most important Ridesharing markets. You will be asked to work closely with leadership to shape strategy, take direct responsibility for critical initiatives, and help us develop and deploy innovative solutions that will strengthen our business into the future. You will need a strategic mind with strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills and strong stakeholder management skills to influence and coordinate across a variety of teams.

The teams you would be joining are at the forefront of the Uber Canada mobility business and are responsible for driving our growth forward

The Marketplace & Planning team is responsible for optimizing Uber Canada's marketplace to generate growth and owns the Canada P&L. As part of these responsibilities, the team leads product pricing, capital allocation, the rider and driver incentives strategy, Canada's low-cost product strategy, and strategic planning.

The Earner and Vehicles team is responsible for driver growth and experience, licenced products (such as Uber Black and WAV), and our electric vehicle strategy. You will play a critical role growing our business, expanding to new regions and launching new programs for drivers.

**What You Will Do**
- Plan and execute key strategic initiatives for the Canada mobility business, taking ownership of delivery and outcomes - past projects have included launching UberX Share, Uber Pro loyalty program, and pricing strategies for new products/markets
- Advise leadership on strategic decisions by delving deep into Uber's extensive datasets to generate insights and recommendations
- Develop advanced models and frameworks to inform resource allocation decisions in the Canadian marketplace
- Work with cross-functional teams to roll-out and optimize existing and upcoming products and programs based on business and customer needs

**Basic Qualifications**
- 2+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, tech strategy or other relevant experience (project delivery, data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management)
- Exceptional problem-structuring and -solving skills; from framing the opportunity, to designing workstreams, to sharpening the recommendations
- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables. You are constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize for better results
- Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment. Critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
- Strong quantitative analytical skills. Must be proficient in Gsheets/Excel and SQL
- Great team player with strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's degree required

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience building high-impact communication materials for senior audiences
- Experience managing and influencing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency in additional languages a plus
