**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for our organization in order to produce pre-qualified leads and attract potential customers. As such, this role will be a key figure in driving the success of WinMagic's marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth. In specific, this individual will assist in strategic planning, campaign development and execution, brand management, budget management, team leadership and collaboration, analytics and reporting, market segmentation and targeting, product launches, event management, and legal compliance with privacy and security legislation like PIPEDA, the Privacy Act, CAN SPAM Act, GDPR, HIPPA, PHIPA, and any other national or international privacy and security requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Vice President of Marketing and management team to develop marketing plans and budget to support business objectives
- Work closely with key stakeholders and the rest of the marketing team to ensure on-time delivery of effective marketing programs to a variety of audiences.
- Responsible forweb content development, B2B demand generation, campaign management, conferences/events, branding, SFDC entries and updates, and monitoring and reporting on key KPIs.
- Align with product development & sales engineers to understand WinMagic’s products and competitive environment(s) as they relate to marketing needs
- Manage third party contractors and agencies as needed
- Collaborate with Events Coordinator for tradeshow/event participation including event coordination and management and development of required communication elements.
- Collaborate with Web team to drive success of SEO, SEM, PPC and other online marketing efforts including a strong focus on MROI.
- This position has the opportunity to expand scope and responsibility significantly in the short
- to mid-term based on qualifications, experience and corporate/individual objectives being met.

Job Requirements:

- Record of developing and deploying successful and diverse marketing programs that produce market awareness and demand generation; 5+ years of related experience
- Experienced project manager who can execute multiple concurrent projects while adhering to tight deadlines and managing cross-functional teams of peers, executives and others across the organization.
- Solid writing skills with an ability to articulate both the business and technical value of complex products and solutions
- Self-directed and independent, yet able to work well with diverse teams while keeping all stakeholders “in the loop”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid presentation skills
- Experience with SEO, Web 2.0 technologies and/or graphic design are all plusses
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (relevant field preferred)
- Knowledge of complex enterprise technology solutions, ideally data security, encryption and secure authentication solutions are major plus.
