**Media Buyer**

If you have a passion for digital marketing (advertising), working in a collaborative team atmosphere and are used to multi-tasking, then this is a good opportunity for you.

As a Media Buyer, you’ll work closely with members to create new ad concepts and ideate conversion-focused creative direction based on past account performance.

Communication is key, giving and receiving feedback in a timely manner while making sure everybody on your team has clarity on campaign performance and testing results.

As a Media Buyer you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with him on account management, strategy, and sales management.

As a Media Buyer you’ll be responsible for writing compelling direct response advertising copy, building out campaigns in all Social Media Platforms, and ensuring all strategic initiatives are built and launched according to timelines and budgets across multiple accounts. Attention to detail, pro-active problem solving, and data-driven decision making are all essential characteristics in becoming a best-in-class media buyer.

In an ever-changing digital marketing landscape, you’ll need to constantly evolve and adapt. As a Media Buyer, you’ll combine data analysis and feedback from clients to develop strategic plans and tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging and optimizing campaigns to meet KPI’s.

Media Buyer's continually tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences and buying tactics to create the best possible outcomes for their clients. You’ll also conduct split tests in order to determine the best performing creative, copy and target audiences. You’ll incessantly investigate account performance and are constantly adapting strategy based on statistical outcomes in your account.

**Your day-to-day tasks will include**:

- Setting up and running Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat & TikTok ad campaigns
- Setting up all systems, software, and automation.
- Client facing tasks, such as weekly or bi-weekly calls.
- Optimizing current campaign structures
- Creating graphics using Canva or Photoshop
- Editing video via Adobe, and or Camtasia
- Persuasive copywriting

**What A Successful Day Looks Like**:

- Having full awareness of your ad accounts performance and spend pacing
- Creating and executing full-funnel ad account strategy
- Write copy and building ads in a timely manner
- Work with the team to ideate creative concepts
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for numbers & ability to do mental math
- An ability to react appropriately and solve problems in a professional manner
- An above-average understanding of the benefits & management of all social media platforms
- Able to work effectively independently and in an open concept team environment
- Familiarity with WordPress & Shopify
- Understanding of sales and client relationships
- Empathy - being able to feel for people, regardless of if you've had first-hand experience.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
