**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
If you have a positive customer service attitude, outstanding telephone etiquette and enjoy working with others, this position may be ideal for you

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Include but are not limited to:

- Answer telephones and route to appropriate personnel;
- Greet clients and visitors;
- Perform general clerical duties;
- Sort daily mail;
- Special Projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years of clerical experience;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong computer skills including use of MS Office programs;
- Excellent telephone etiquette;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to answer phones large portion of the day.
