**À propos du poste**

À titre de technicien de maintenance I, vous aiderez l’équipe de maintenance des opérations à réparer et entretenir l’équipement de manutention des matériaux (EMM) et les systèmes pneumatiques dans l’ensemble du bâtiment.

**Vos tâches**
- Résoudre les problèmes électriques et mécaniques liés à tous les équipements de manutention des matériaux, y compris les courroies, les moteurs, les cellules photoélectriques, les relais et plus encore
- Installer, entretenir et réparer l’équipement d’emballage et de distribution automatisé
- Effectuer et documenter correctement les opérations de maintenance préventive
- Faire le suivi et entreposer l’inventaire du service
- Utiliser les outils appropriés pour réparer les circuits c.a./c.c simples, procéder au dépannage de base de l’équipement de manutention des matériaux et faire des réparations de divers équipements opérationnels, au besoin
- Cultiver des relations de travail positives avec les partenaires d’affaires de RME et les membres de l’équipe des opérations
- Promouvoir un environnement de travail sécuritaire en suivant toutes les procédures de sécurité.

**About the Role**

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) and pneumatic systems throughout the building.

**What You’ll Do**
- Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
- Track and store department inventory.
- Use appropriate tooling to troubleshoot simple AC/DC circuits, basic troubleshooting of MHE and repairs to miscellaneous operational equipment as needed
- Cultivate positive working relationships with RME business partners and Operations team members.
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

**Ce dont vous aurez besoin**
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou diplôme d’études générales exigé
- Un an d’expérience ou de formation dans le domaine concerné
- Compétences de base avec la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Capacité de comprendre et d’interpréter des instructions, de la correspondance courte et des notes de service
- Capacité de calculer des chiffres simples comme des pourcentages.
- Exigences physiques, y compris se baisser, se tenir debout, marcher, monter des escaliers/échelles et capacité à soulever/porter des charges lourdes de 50 lb ou plus

**Qualifications recommandées**
- Au moins un an d’expérience avec les systèmes de manutention et de transport des matériaux
- Au moins un an d’expérience dans la réalisation de procédures de maintenance préventive
