Associate Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects and ensuring their timely completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Track project expenses and assist in budgeting activities
- Utilize project management tools such as Kanban boards, Workday, SAS, and Project Server to facilitate project tracking and reporting
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities
- Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management methodology

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Experience with risk management techniques is preferred

Pay: $83,827.73-$89,148.28 per year
