We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Cafe Ciel

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and drip coffee, according to established recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee preparation area, equipment, and customer seating areas.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed, ensuring availability of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, following proper procedures for storing, handling, and disposing of food and beverages.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods and maintain a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista **required**.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and beverage recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- FoodSafe certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional service to every customer.
