We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Creekside Coffee Factory. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality coffee experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and other specialty coffee beverages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Coffee shop.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, positive attitude.
