We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Creekside Coffee Factory. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality coffee experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and other specialty coffee beverages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, customer seating area, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring that we always have a sufficient stock on hand.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Availability: 18-40 hours per week.
