We are looking for an **Accounts Receivable Specialist / Billing Admin Assistant **to join our clients growing team in Bradford, ON.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle: invoice/credit memos for customers, GL coding, data entry, VISA/MasterCard processing, cash receipts posting, and customer collections.
- Lead in controlling revenues by receiving daily shipment reports, process invoices, verify items/services and applicable taxes are billed correctly, annual and monthly contracts are maintained and invoiced, and reconcile various GL accounts to subledgers.
- Resolve orders, contracts, invoices, or payment discrepancies and documentation in a timely fashion.
- Monitor and maintain contract administration for both Vendors and Customers.
- Work with Customer Service and Shipping departments to request and follow up on customer order amendments, Non-Conformance (NCR) issues as needed.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Control customer relationships with clear communication and quick resolution with any inquiries or discrepancies, continue to drive timely collections and maintain a 45 DSO.
- Create, update, and maintain Customer Master Data, plus maintain historical records by scanning/filing customer documents.
- Prepare annual Revenue Recognition reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain external reconciliations regarding Curling Tank rentals, monthly/annual fees, and serialized asset exchange program.
- Report various sales taxes by Province and States as required.
- Cross-train in AP functions to provide backup for absences and general assistance when needed.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Maintain standard SOP’s and develop as needed.
- Special projects as needed.
- Accomplish accounting and organizational missions by completing related results as needed and any other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- College/University degree in an Accounting or Finance field required
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
- Previous Accounts Payable experience an asset
- Office administration experience preferred
- Experience with Sage Accounting Software an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
