**The Opportunity: Full Time Permanent Position**

**Who we are**: Yukon Energy operates electricity generation, transmission, and distribution systems across the Yukon on the Traditional Territories of multiple Yukon First Nations. Building and maintaining strong, respectful, and productive relationships with Yukon First Nations is critical to the Corporation’s ongoing success.

**What will you do**: Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture (P&C), the People & Culture Generalist works in a team-based environment and performs a range of administrative and Human Resources activities for the Corporation. Administers and processes Human Resources activities in such areas as recruitment, employee benefits, salary and benefit administration, collective bargaining, job classification, human resources administration and training and development.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Diploma in Human Resources or Diploma in Business Administration with several years related experience.
- Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) with National Payroll Institute would be an asset.
- Knowledge of and experience in labour standards and labour relations with several years related experience.
- Experience with the collective bargaining process and working in a unionized environment.
