We are looking for a driven individual who is keen on exploring many areas within the Yukon this summer completing breeding bird surveys. This is a term position for 4 months with a possibility of extension.
- Planning and implementing breeding bird and nest surveys across Yukon and northern BC
- Contractor liaison
- Preparing summaries of results (i.e. letter reports)
- Completing fieldwork in other disiplines as needed
- Working effectively in a team environment
- Participating proactively in EDI’s health and safety program

**Requirements**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of Yukon bird species by sight and sound
- Diploma or degree in biology and experience in consulting would be an asset.
