**OUR VOLUNTEERS, or Bigs as we call them, are adults of all ages, genders and come from a diversity of backgrounds. Bigs are there to play, listen, hang out and, most importantly, be a friend. You don’t need any previous experience with kids to get involved**
Our **Big Brothers Community Program **pairs you with a Little Brother based on personality and personal interests to build a supportive one-to
- one relationship based on trust, connection, and fun
Our matches spend two or more hours once per week doing free or low
- cost activities they enjoy most. Our matches are paired for a minimum of one year.
**Our Big Brothers are**
- Male, trans, and gender diverse individuals who are 18+.
- Reliable, consistent, able to express care and expand possibilities.
**Our Little Brothers are**
- Boys, trans, and gender-diverse children and youth ages 7 to 17. **NOW IS THE TIME TO VOLUNTEER **SOME OF OUR LITTLES HAVE BEEN WAITING MORE THAN 2 YEARS FOR THEIR BIG BROTHER.
