JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Relations Representative is responsible for initiating and managing corporate relationships, representing the organization and attracting corporate memberships to meet the targets set for corporate sales, in a manner consistent with the company’s policies and procedures.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the COO to create and maintain a corporate membership sales target and strategy to achieve it
- Responsible for Corporate Account Management with regards to Sales and Retention
- Make sales calls to prospective corporations
- Lead generation by way of Passes, Promotions and Trials
- Represent the organization in various community events and promote sales
- Must maintain corporate accounts by following up on invoicing, billing and collections
- Coordinate with the administration and member services department to update the corporate list
- Ensure that all corporate members are entered and maintained in the Company Billing software.
- Learn to pull reports related to corporations and analyze the data.May be required to work the front desk duties as per the situation
- Other duties as required

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Must be highly motivated and energetic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- An understanding of health club operations
- Ability to effectively plan, focus and execute to bring improvement to current ways of doing business

**SUPERVISION**:

- Supervision will be provided by the manager

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in sales would be an asset
- Experience in health club or the hospitality industry is preferred

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- This position will include traveling to and visiting the local corporations.
- It also includes sitting at a desk and working in front of a computer / iPad.
- Will need to be on the phone daily.

Wage will be a combination of salary and commission.

**Salary**: $1.00-$2.00 per year
