WorkerBee.TV, a global leader in video and multimedia programming for associations, is seeking a creative and talented Sales Development Representative to join our Sales and Marketing Department.

Since 2007, we have been dedicated to helping organizations inform, educate, and inspire their association audiences through impactful digital content paired with the technology to digitalize, monetize and measure the success of media engagement. As we continue to experience accelerated growth, we are excited to expand our team and welcome new members to "the Hive."

**What will you do primarily?**
- Identify and create new business prospects to expand WorkerBee.TV’s reach, using your research skills to strategize your approach and your communication prowess to initiate contact.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them from initial contact through our service offerings.
- Skillfully qualify leads, working in tandem with the Business Development Representative and Sales and Marketing Director.
- Play a key role in finalizing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.
- Proactively search for new opportunities in the market to introduce our services and identify potential client needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to streamline the sales process, participate in meetings, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to identify needed marketing collateral and contribute to its development.

**What do you need to be awesome?**
- Experience in sales, preferably as an SDR or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with an aptitude for persuasive speaking and presentation.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Enthusiastic team player, resonating with WorkerBee.TV’s core values: Bee Daring, Bee Kind, Bee a Team Player, and Bee a Pro.

**What would success look like in the first 90 days?**
- Learn the intricacies of WorkerBee.TV’s products, audience, and market strategies to effectively generate leads and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify prospects, ensuring a targeted and effective approach in client engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them from initial contact through our service offerings.
- Skillfully qualify leads, working in tandem with the Business Development Representative and Sales and Marketing Director.
- Establish a robust pipeline of potential clients and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and client approach.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
