SFU Parking Ambassador (Temporary)
**The Opportunity**:
Our Parking Ambassadors are committed to service delivery excellence and are responsible for enforcing SFU Burnaby campus parking compliance that includes, daily and event parking enforcement, safety violations, pay station maintenance, customer service and reporting. **Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

- Provide a high level of customer service to campus visitors including staff, faculty, and students.
- Enforce parking with impartiality, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Direct traffic, place cones or barriers, direct people, and pedestrians.
- Place event parking signage and other information signage in parking lots, pay stations and elsewhere as directed
- Accurate reporting of lot counts, lot and sign maintenance, vehicle tows, wheellocks and pay station and parking enforcement vehicle malfunctions.
- Communicate appropriate information to Supervisors and SFU stakeholders.
- Represent Concord Parking and SFU in a professional and positive manner.
