**THE ROLE**
The Centre for Conflict Resolution and Ethics (CCRE) and HR Legislated Program Team is responsible for the oversight, administration and management of complaint and feedback mechanisms for rights-based complaints, including but not limited to Employment Equity and Accommodations, Official Languages, Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention. The Centre also provides informal conflict management services and policy advice and training on organizational values and ethical behaviour.

The Centre for Conflict Resolution and Ethics and HR Legislated Programs Team is seeking two Program Coordinators: (1) a permanent, indeterminate role and (2) a one-year assignment. **Please indicate in your cover letter whether you are interested in one or both of these positions.**

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

High school diploma AND some years of experience in a related field

**Experience**
- In maintaining and coordinating processes related to workplace programs
- In reviewing documentation for compliance related to policies, procedures, or regulations
- In tracking and maintaining records
- In researching and analyzing data for trends and inefficiencies
- In developing and maintaining communications documents and tools, such as websites
- In recommending and implementing communication and marketing plans
- In drafting correspondence and reports
- In drafting contracts
- In collaborating with a diverse workforce with varying business needs
- In coordinating services for multi-pronged programs

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
Bilingual Essential

Reading: Advanced

Writing: Functional

Oral: Advanced
