**Company Summary**

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. provides top global logistics solutions to over +1,000 clients in services areas of Ocean, Air, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing and Cargo Projects. The company’s expertise includes custom brokerage, production, storage, and in-bound/out-bound via various modes of transport, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Truck Freight, and Express.

**Job Duties**
- Maintain office equipment and assets.
- Responsible for facility management, including paper works and other administrative issues.
- Responsible for provision of office inventory, catering, and payment etc.
- Ensure general affairs activities are made in accordance with procedures.
- Organize, setup and oversee desk moves. Including clearing unoccupied desks, name tags, preparing for new hires
- Coordinate with building management for facility services
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources team, providing support to other team members as required.
- Assist in maintaining the office environment neat and organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- A degree in post-secondary education is required
- Ability to speak/write fluently in both English and Korean is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Detail orientated and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve results
- A team player who is adept at working with people at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
