**Office Administrator**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage office and clerical staff, including but not limited to: HR, Payroll, Travel, etc.
- Organize office operations and develop filing systems
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, filing documents, etc.
- Handle various types of appointments and provide reminders
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Answer phones, take messages, etc.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
**Skills/Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or office manager is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, fax machines, copiers etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
