**Job Description** What You’ll Do**:
This is not your average service broker role You’ll be the primary point of contact for our exclusive VIP accounts - a growing program that’s central to our company’s future. Here’s why you’ll love this role:

As part of your role, you will:

- **Be the go-to expert** for high-value clients and strategic accounts, building strong, lasting relationships and offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
- **Shape the future** by being part of the VIP program and providing exceptional service and insights that drive growth and elevate the client experience.
- **Take ownership** of client interactions by handling inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring that all underwriting standards and requirements are met with excellence.
- **Resolve challenges proactively**, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving any product or service issues with creative, thoughtful solutions.
- **Leave your mark** on our growing program by sharing insights and recommendations with leadership, making sure we continuously improve and provide world-class service.

**Qualifications** Let’s Talk About You**:

- **AMF license required.**:

- **RIBO license** (or a commitment to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3 years in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
- Proficiency in French and English is required.
- A growth mindset and a desire to evolve your role as the VIP program expands.
