In the role of Legal Assistant, you will be expected to:

- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with payroll and human resources functions.
- Coordinate office activities, including vendor management.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the accuracy of legal documents.
- Utilize your strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and other professionals.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to provide support on various projects.
- Use your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative or legal assistant is preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.

**Salary**: $17.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
