**The Role**
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including people managers. The core functions managed by this role include Digital Experience (Web), Social Media, Growth Marketing and Campaign Execution
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth
- Track and report on digital marketing KPIs and metrics to senior management and provide regular updates on campaign performance and progress towards goals
- Work with Marketing Operations to ensure full utilization and selection of our Martech stack
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the digital marketing team
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Demonstrable leadership experience within digital marketing, ideally having led teams across multiple locations
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
