**Office Assistant Responsibilities**
- Provide support to Office Manager, Sales Consultants, and Business Owner
- Social media and marketing
- Collaborate on new home designs
- Contact management
- Paperwork and filing (physical and electronic)
- Basic accounting
- Other tasks as assigned
**Office Assistant Qualifications & Requirements**
- High school diploma or GED
- College diploma in office or business administration would be an asset
- Must have reliable transportation
- High level of organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service and communication skills
- Computer skills, experience with Microsoft 365 would be an asset
- Ability to work as part of a team
