**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative work and staff members.
- Help hire, train, and evaluate employees and take corrective action when necessary.
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Work with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Process bookkeeping and other financial administrative duties.
- Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems.
- Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals.
- Help prepare and write project proposals, claims for financial assistance, etc.
- Build and expand on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office, and bookkeeping tools such as Quickbooks.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Optimistic personality with a positive outlook.
- Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
