At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electric vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Territory Account Manager located in the Edmonton area.

**The Territory Account Manager will**:

- Create, build, and nurture long-term relationships between assigned accounts and colleagues within the company.
- Achieve quotas while ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Manage communications between customers and internal teams; liaise with cross-functional internal teams to achieve the desired customer experience.
- Develop and sustain a thorough understanding of account needs as change occurs.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and establish timelines of performance.
- Prepare and present reports on account objectives and progress on a timely basis to share with team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze client data to fine-tune and provide excellent client relationship management.
- Forecast and track account metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Employ a consultative sales approach.

**To be successful, you should have**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with successfully nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Active listening skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Tactical thinking skills and abilities.
- Excellent time management.
- Account Management Experience (3+ years).
- Business acumen, especially in the retail space.
- Experience in a competitive product category/market.
