Job Description:
**Cost Control Clerk**
Swartz Bay

You are responsible and organized, with strong analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You produce and distribute various reports, review documents for factual correctness, and resolve discrepancies.

You are accountable for monitoring sales, recording cost of sales and preparing journal entries for the catering and retail business unit. You reconcile food, supply and retail inventories and assist with month-end inventory practices. You further code invoices, reconcile invoices to sales, and track vessel receipts.

You possess a working knowledge of relevant accounting principles, accounts payable procedures and have experience with electronic inventory management systems. Your background includes successful completion of basic accounting courses or equivalent work experience.
